Delivery and policies

These are the rules the shop can honour today. Fees, areas, and the bank account are still to be set.

Pickup

Pickup is at the MARS AUTO shop in Malé. The order number is the name to give at the counter.

Delivery

Delivery areas and fees are not published yet. Choose delivery at checkout and the shop confirms the fee before the part leaves. Nothing extra is added to the order until that fee is agreed.

Payment

Bank transfer and cash on delivery or pickup are open now. Put the order number in a transfer reference. The account number is sent by the shop and is not shown on this page. Card payment through BML Connect appears when the merchant keys are added. A card order is saved only after the bank confirms it.

Prices and GST

Shelf prices include GST. The rate on each part is the one the counter uses, usually 8%.

Returns

A return is handled at the counter against this order. The written return window is not set yet. Contact the shop with the order number before sending a part back.

Privacy

Name, phone, email, and address are kept to fulfil the order and to match it to the customer account. They are not sold. A full privacy notice is still to be written.
